The board accepted high bids for two surplus parcels: 170–172 Reed Road (West Point) to Davis Industrial Machine LLC for $226,000 with a 60‑day closing, and 100 Eichelberger St., LaGrange, to Auto Gallery Chevrolet GMC Inc. for $126,300.03.
