The Troup County Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission voted to approve a variance allowing an addition to encroach 16 feet toward the front of a parcel at 2942 Mobley Ridge Road. Staff presented the request and noted the addition must be constructed in accordance with the submitted site plan and that all permits must be obtained before construction.
