The Development Committee reviewed the second reading of an ordinance to amend Chapter 16 — Parks and Recreation, Section 2 (Rules and Regulations) of the Aiken County Code of Ordinances. The committee passed the ordinance with a few amendments and recommended it for approval by the full County Council during the June 16 meeting.
