The Clark County Board of Commissioners voted to approve a 2026 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Codington County Search and Rescue to provide search-and-rescue services to Clark County. The motion was made by Commissioner Chris Sass and seconded by Commissioner Francis Hass; the board recorded unanimous support.
