Staff update: LCC to purchase Dell devices after in‑house testing
Staff reported the LCC worked with Dell to evaluate sample devices, placed an order to purchase devices for agency and staff use, and confirmed the devices are purchases (not leases) and are expected to arrive in time for next year.

During the meeting, Altaf provided an update on planned computer upgrades for legislative agencies and staff. He said the office worked with Dell, brought in device samples for staff (including Susan and Corey) to review, and after that assessment the order was placed; "we are purchasing," he confirmed when the chair asked whether devices would be leased or purchased.
