Executive Committee approves workgroup to create Board document archive

Member Kristine Haataja described a proposal, developed with Sandra Oliva, to establish a Board archive to hold bylaws, annual reports, BHPC data notebooks and workgroup materials so new members can access historical documents. She said the archive would "establish a permanent location where important Board materials ... can be easily accessed by Board members."
Kristine moved to approve the proposed workgroup; Member Greg Clark and Chair Patricia Sullivan supported moving the item forward, and the Executive Committee voted unanimously to approve the workgroup. Kristine noted that there may be costs for a website and that Board funds are available to cover such a project; formal approval from the Executive Committee (but not the full Board) was confirmed and the document was signed and dated.
