Executive Committee approves workgroup to create Board document archive
Members voted unanimously to create a workgroup to build a permanent archive of Board materials (bylaw changes, annual reports, data notebooks). The executive committee noted budget funds are available for website setup and signed the approval document.

Member Kristine Haataja described a proposal, developed with Sandra Oliva, to establish a Board archive to hold bylaws, annual reports, BHPC data notebooks and workgroup materials so new members can access historical documents. She said the archive would "establish a permanent location where important Board materials ... can be easily accessed by Board members."
