At the Feb. 11 meeting, members discussed the 2026 Behavioral Health Planning Council Data Notebook and reporting practices. Member Kristine Haataja explained that the 2026 notebook will emphasize services for foster youth and include county and external-organization information collected via interviews and site visits. The board will partner with the Alliance for Children and Youth on parallel study work.
