The Morgan County Board of Commissioners approved revisions to the Planning & Development fee schedule on June 16, 2026, adopting Option 2 for fines when a required permit was not obtained. The policy sets the penalty at $500.00 or three times the permit fee, whichever is greater, and the board made the effective date retroactive to October 2025.
