County Treasurer Lee Ann Franklin asked the Beaver County Commission to authorize a tax refund for DMA for four parcels associated with the MANGO II property. The Commission approved refunding $199,252.45 for parcels 05-33-15, 05-33-13, 05-33-16, and 02-117-3 for the 2025 tax year. The motion also included issuing an invoice for the revised amount and delaying any tax delinquency for 15 days while payment and refund processing are completed.
