Haley Brewington, Complex Care Program Manager at Van Buren County Hospital, introduced the County Board to a Complex Care program available to residents 65 and older who have two or more chronic diseases. Brewington said the goal is to "help improve their clients’ quality of life as well as their ability to be more independent in that stage of life."
