The chair presented the consent calendar and the committee adopted five items on consent: HR 120, SB 892 (Grove), SB 1188 (Archuleta), SJR 14 (Cabaldon), and SJR 17 (Choi). The secretary called the roll and the chair announced the consent items were 'out' with eight votes.
