Keerins Hall remodel is nearly finished though contractor fixes remain; Joe Hitz is handling flood permitting for the RV Park with hopes of completion before the fair. Staff ordered remaining gates and planned spring work on the outdoor arena; raising the Crows Nest appears unlikely without further review.

Board members were updated on multiple facilities projects. Mindy said Keerins Hall is close to finishing its remodel but that a few contractor items still need to be corrected. She said she would contact the Road Department about pavement excavation and gravel work. Joe Hitz is pursuing flood permitting for the RV Park and hopes the permitting will be complete before the fair.
