The Town of Washington Board of Trustees on Jan. 13 approved a resolution granting Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company authority to install and operate an electrical distribution system within town limits for a multi-decade term. Trustee Brennan moved for approval; Trustee Andrews seconded, and "All Trustees voted affirmatively," the minutes state.
