Public Works Director TR. Lesher presented the department's November 2025 monthly report, outlining multiple sewer incidents at school property in early November. Lesher reported responses on 11/3 and 11/4 to sewer blockages, hiring an outside contractor (Mr. Rooter) to flush lines on 11/4, and running a camera on 11/5 that found a partial collapse; crews repaired the collapsed main and service line. Lesher also reported that on 11/19 crews repaired a sinkhole in the alley between Turner and Main on Chickasaw.
