Planning and zoning staff provided a multi‑topic monthly informational report. Meuer reported that Grueneberg will carry out parcel fabric mapping in the interim while the Real Property Lister position remains vacant. Staff also updated the committee on Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (POWTS) maintenance and the 2025 POWTS audit, continuing education training for staff, Village of Sherwood development, a federal grant for a County Trunk KK study, a sanitary and zoning permit viewer update, wayfinding map maintenance, NG911 management and public data access improvements.
