Commission staff told the commission the Fuel System Upgrade project will be advertised April 1 and bids will open April 29 after FAA requested additional review materials. "Rather than the previously anticipated April 1 bid opening, the project will now be advertised on April 1 with bids opening on April 29," the minutes record. Staff said the schedule adjustment should not affect the overall timeline because the project is small in scope and critical equipment has long lead times.
