Supervisors authorized the chairman to sign a County and MHDS Region Data Release Form (dated Feb. 24, 2025) to respond to an ISAC data request supporting the transition from MHDS regions to a Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization; county is custodian of Community Services Network records.

The board discussed a data request filed Jan. 24, 2025 with the Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC) meant to assist the transition from Mental Health/Disability Services (MHDS) regions to the Behavioral Health Administrative Service Organization. The minutes note that Van Buren County, as custodian of records in the Community Services Network (CSN) for county residents, is responsible for directing release of records needed to fulfill the request. On motion by House, seconded by Meek, the chairman was authorized to sign the County and MHDS Region Data Release Form dated Feb. 24, 2025. Ayes: 2.
