The City of Decatur Common Council voted to award $852.97 in opioid settlement funds to Project Connect at its July 7, 2026 meeting. Council Member Jenny Bowers-Shultz moved to allocate the full amount to Project Connect; Matt Dyer seconded the motion and it was adopted.
