Committee members reviewed ordinance 25165 (substitute 1), which would extend pay to members of additional boards and commissions and add a provision to pay members $25 per hour for time beyond two hours. Councilwoman Durham said the substitute contains language to add boards missed in the earlier code rewrite and that the $25-per-hour provision would apply when meetings run longer than two hours.
