The council approved a short slate of commission appointments on July 28. Mayor Olmos announced two changes: Austin Moreno would move from the Parks & Recreation Commission to the Planning Commission to replace David Mood whose term was expiring, and Renee HoYo was appointed to the Parks & Recreation Commission to fill the vacancy. The council moved and voted to approve the appointments.
