Council hears code-enforcement update; vegetation enforcement to begin April 1

City Administrator Max Baker told the council that code-enforcement inspections have been completed for most of the north side of the city. He said two properties from Q4 2025 remain under compliance agreements and that new enforcement items include six vehicles, four public-peace matters, one commercial-property issue and six vegetation violations. Baker said formal vegetation enforcement will begin April 1 and that staff addressed four citizen complaint follow-ups.
Council accepted the report and no enforcement motions or citations were recorded in the minutes; staff will continue monitoring compliance and return with updates as appropriate.
