Staff told the commission that Doug Brooks has filed for a variance and asked to appear before the Board of Adjustments. "We have a request from Brooks, in regards Doug Brooks, in regards to, wanting to be seen by the board of adjustments," a staff member said; commissioners agreed to place the matter on a separate meeting in two weeks and noted that a 10-day notice is required.
