Commissioners appointed McKenna Long to fill a vacancy on the Fremont County Fair Board through December 31, 2029. Commissioner Duane McFarlane reported a resignation and presented Long’s letter of interest, noting her 13 years in 4-H and recent return to the county; another commissioner moved and seconded the appointment and the board approved it by unanimous roll call.
