Council members reviewed a proposed three‑part IT contract with Computech covering cloud backup, local drive backup and Google Workspace license management. Councilmember S6 described the contract components and noted the cloud backup pricing discussed in the meeting (about $4 per person and $40 per month were mentioned) and that the management services would cover licensing administration. "I think the first in the last part of the contract without the local backup," S6 said when outlining options for staged acceptance.
