Nicole (Housing Bureau Director) described permanent supportive housing (PSH) as a critical deep‑subsidy program for low‑income adults with disabilities placed in scattered‑site apartments. She said Arlington receives state and local funding for PSH and currently has roughly 108 state‑allocated slots through DBHDS with a local cap planned around 230 households for FY27.
