The planning documents include an extensive permitted/conditional/prohibited use table that assigns allowed statuses for a wide variety of activities across the Business Park/Industrial (BP-I), Commercial (C) and Ranchette (RA) zones. The table lists many retail and service uses as permitted in commercial and BP-I areas, explicitly permits professional and research uses and places a number of industrial and adult-oriented uses in the prohibited (N) column.
