Staff planner (speaker 8) presented the preliminary plat for Arnett’s Acres Section 2, describing the site at 202 North La Mesa Road as 0.312 acres to be divided into two residential lots in an SF-2 zoning district. “No objections were received. Therefore, staff recommends to approve this request,” the planner said.
