The commission considered an amendment to PD 184 (Z172026047), a 16.24‑acre parcel at the west side of South 14th Street and North McAlpin Road. Assistant Director of Planning Miriam Spencer (speaker 6) explained the amendment replaces the original exhibit to reflect a revised exhibit showing 37 lots (the original zoning allowed 38) while retaining architectural and design standards previously approved in September 2025.
