Staff presenter Angelina Bettonini described a final plat for Ranch Estates Section 29, a 1.614-acre parcel on the east side of Kanawha approximately 125 feet north of Ouachita, proposed to be split into two lots for single-family housing. The planning and zoning commission had approved the preliminary plat on Feb. 17 and staff recommended approval of the final plat.
