The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a preliminary replat for Southern Additions Section 39 that adjusts lot lines to create three residential parcels. A staff member described the replat as primarily an adjustment of lot lines from three existing properties to three reconfigured residences and said the area remains zoned for mobile home (MH) use.
