Planning staff presented a revised site plan for PD‑123 proposing multiple multi‑tenant office/warehouse buildings (ranging from 4,500 to 10,000 square feet), 166 parking spaces and a request for variance from the 90% masonry requirement (proposed 43% masonry). Staff and planning and zoning recommended approval and supported variances based on the overall architectural design.
