Assistant Director of Planning Miriam Spencer summarized proposed amendments to PD 179 (the Crestview development), describing revisions that would update the concept plan, amenity program, sign plan and development standards for a 33.4-acre site near West Main/US-287. Changes included combining multiple ponds into one amenity, adding a home-improvement store and a planned site identified for a place of worship, updated parking, and requests for limited exemptions to impervious-cover limits.
