After calling the case, court staff indicated that the notice for that matter listed a 09:00 a.m. start time rather than 08:30. "If the notice says 09:00, then we need to wait till 09:00," Special Magistrate Hayward Dykes said, and recessed the hearing until 09:00 to give parties the opportunity to appear at the noticed time. Dykes said he would use the recess to review other orders while parties were given additional time to arrive.
No testimony was taken and no formal ruling on case 2600173 was made before the recess. The hearing is scheduled to reconvene at 09:00 a.m. to proceed with the case and any parties present at that time.
