Staff provided a detailed update on Parvin Park, a smaller downtown park whose scope includes a loop trail, playground, gazebo, picnic tables, a drinking fountain and parking. Construction began March 31 and is expected to continue into early fall; staff said concrete placement for the project is roughly 90% complete.
