Developer: Apollo Estates detention pond will be relocated and developer will assume costs
Town staff and engineering representatives described plans to relocate a temporary detention pond from Apollo Estates’ northwest corner to the east side as part of a regional detention facility; the developer said it will assume financial responsibility for the relocation. Town staff introduced agenda item 3C as a preliminary plat for Apollo Estates, a proposed subdivision of 318 single-family homes and 14 open-space lots. "The purpose of the preliminary plat is to construct the subdivision, consists of 318 single family homes and 14 open space lots," staff said during the presentation.
