Prosper council approves planned development for tennis center after phasing, material limits added
The council unanimously approved rezoning roughly 54.2 acres near Parvin Road and FM 1385 to a planned development to allow a tennis center, hotel, event center and supporting retail, adding conditions on phasing, facade materials and special-use permits.

The Prosper Town Council voted unanimously June 23 to rezone about 54.2 acres on the south side of Parvin Road near FM 1385 to a planned-development district that will allow an event center, hotel, office, restaurant, retail and a tennis club. Mayor Pro Tem Amy Bartley moved the measure, which added conditions including additional evergreen screening along the eastern property line and limits on certain facade materials.
