On old business the commission voted to raise its offer for 308 North Main from $20,000 to $25,000 to help resolve a long-standing property issue; staff were asked to follow up with counsel and the owner’s representative.

The commission approved an increased offer of $25,000 for 308 North Main after the property owner requested an additional $5,000 above the prior $20,000 offer. A committee member (speaker 1) moved to increase the offer to $25,000, the motion was seconded and passed on a voice vote.
