At the July 23 special meeting the commission considered ordinance amendments for parcels that had prior conditions attached at rezoning. One such parcel, 4342 Pace Lane (about 0.496 acre), had an earlier condition allowing only one duplex; the applicant (Walter) was not present for the hearing.
