Arvada launches utilities stewardship group, plans billing changes and meter rollout to support rate strategy

City staff said they will convene a utilities stewardship community group to provide public input on water treatment, infrastructure priorities and rate decisions. Staff expects the group to meet three times in the first year and potentially six times in subsequent years; notifications to selected participants were expected the week of the meeting.
