The commission ratified several staff-approved minor permits that included roof repairs and replacement of a danger fence. Homeowner David Longo appeared to request a new shed at 26 Willowbrae Drive (under 200 sq ft) sited in the yard but separated from an adjacent wetland by an existing fence; the homeowner said the site is level and that no ground disturbance, tree removal or utility work is needed.
