At the Jan. 8 meeting staff provided a series of routine operational updates. Under code administrator items staff reported on zoning and sanitary inspection work, a farm‑exempt pumper update and progress on replacing department iPads. Planner items included a municipal comprehensive plan adoption update and a review of 2025 land‑division totals; the program assistant updated the committee on the sanitary and zoning permit viewer project.
