During the Sept. 19 meeting the Board approved three initial license applications and temporarily tabled a fourth pending additional verification. A motion by Laurence Gross, seconded by Lisa Williams, approved Renee Lewis's application on the finding that she had "demonstrated she has been sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant the public trust." The minutes show a unanimous 3-0 vote for that approval.
