County introduces intake tool to prioritize growing congregate meals wait lists
Bayfield County reported seven congregate meal sites are well attended and referrals are rising; the county introduced a new assessment tool to rank clients (high/medium/low) to prioritize services if waiting lists form.

Brynna Watters-Moffitt told the committee there are seven congregate meal sites—Barnes, Cable, Cornucopia, Port Wing, Iron River, St. Louis and Timeout in Washburn—and that attendance and referrals continue to grow. "The meals are well attended and referrals for the program continue to increase," she said.
