At its June 10 meeting the Clarks Village Board read and adopted Resolution 2026-0610.1, declaring nuisances at two identified properties and ratifying the use of municipal abatement procedures. The resolution names 109 W Barton (Lots 5-6, Block 9) and 508 N Myrtle (PT Lot 2, Block 7 and vacated alley) as properties with nuisances, citing authority under Neb. Rev. Stat. §18-1720. The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Trustee Dyrek Zoucha, seconded by Trustee Danial Parker, and passed by roll-call vote 3-0.
