Building & Planning Director Jeff Kaiser presented a zoning map and text amendment to create the Shadow Creek Planned Unit Development for four parcels on the north side of Reimer Road. Kaiser said the properties were annexed in 2022–2023 and that the PUD process will replace underlying zoning with a district-specific text establishing permitted uses, density, HOA responsibilities and lot standards.
