The board approved contracts for Employee Evaluations Systems, Inc. (OKTLE and McREL), Ruth Kelly Studio, and an audit engagement with David Clanin, CPA PLLC for 2026–2027 (audit contract was for 2025–2026 audit services); votes were unanimous.

The board approved a suite of vendor contracts at the April 13 meeting. The board authorized a contract with Employee Evaluations Systems, Inc. to provide OKTLE and McREL services for the 2026–2027 fiscal year; that motion was moved by Greg Perry and seconded by Gary Armstrong and passed with all five board members voting yes.
