Public Works Director Dave Orvis and County Engineer James Wege presented a department update that included a request to switch back to the summer 4-10 schedule early on Feb. 23. The board did not approve the request on Feb. 2 and Chair Scott M. Hutsell suggested the department bring the matter back for review at the Feb. 17 meeting.
