Council introduced an ordinance on Oct. 22 to repeal existing procurement chapters and adopt a new Chapter 3.20 governing the City's purchasing system, and it adopted a resolution repealing Resolution Nos. 89-06, 97-06, 08-57, 14-64 and 15-49 related to surplus property (Res. 25-83).
