At its Nov. 12 meeting the Kerman City Council held a public hearing and adopted Ordinance 25‑03 amending Chapter 15.04 of Title 15 of the Kerman Municipal Code to adopt the 2025 California Building Standards Code by reference. Staff (JJ) presented the item; the public hearing was opened and closed that evening, and the council waived full reading and adopted the ordinance by a unanimous 5‑0 vote.
