Whitman County readies revised solid waste management plan for Ecology's 45-day review
County staff and consultant Great West Engineering said they addressed Department of Ecology review comments and will resubmit the solid waste management plan with a tracked comment matrix to begin a formal 45-day pass/fail review; adoption resolutions and interlocal agreements still need finalization.
